We only collect the minimum information required to operate the Bot:

• Telegram User ID and Chat ID – necessary to deliver your test questions and results.
• Test responses – the answers you select during a personality assessment are stored temporarily to compute your results.
• Payment metadata – when you purchase a Pro Poster via Telegram Stars, we receive a transaction ID and the amount. We never see or store your credit card, bank account, or other sensitive financial details; this is handled entirely by Telegram.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used solely for:

• Generating personalized personality profiles and posters.
• Processing Pro Poster purchases (Telegram Stars).
• Maintaining session continuity (so you can resume an unfinished test).
• Aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., total number of test completions) for service improvement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Germany (Hetzner infrastructure). We implement appropriate technical measures to protect against unauthorized access. Test answer data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service; you may request deletion at any time (see Section 5).

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Bot itself does not use cookies. The landing page (soulprintbot.com) does not employ any tracking scripts or analytics that collect personal information. We do not use third‑party advertising networks.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data (note: this will also remove your test history).
• Withdraw consent at any time by stopping the use of the Bot.

6. Children’s Privacy

SoulPrintBot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
